Our platform is on a previous version of the plugin offered by Fiserv. What should I do?
The merchant must upgrade to the platform for compatible version of the Fiserv plugin according to the compatibility table. This will allow you to avoid compatibility issues.
How do I get access to the Virtual Terminal (VT) for refunds and cancellations?
When your production credentials are generated, you will receive access to VT along with the manual for using the tool. If you don't have access, you can contact your account executive to request access.
You should remember that actions on the Virtual Terminal will not be reflected in the plugin.
