Additional time for transaction timeout
Normally CliSiTef receives timeout parameters from the SiTef server. CliSiTef takes into account
these values, also adding a safety margin regarding any time spent on transmission.
In situations where the authorizer is unavailable, and depending on the communication channel between the SiTef server and the
CliSiTef, this margin may be insufficient, and errors such as “No connection to the SiTef server” may occur.
