Maintaining Active Connection

By default, the characteristic of Clisitef when making a transaction with Sitef server is: make the connection, make
the exchange of messages and disconnect at the end of the transaction.

If there is a need to maintain the connection with the always active sitef, it should be included in the sitef section the parameter
MantemConexaoAtiva with value 1 (one).
