Connection Mandatory

By default, the transactions in Clisitef try to advance to the fullest, even without connecting to the sitef.

To remove this behavior, and require the obligation to connect, include the sitef section the parameter
ConexaoObrigatoria with value one (1).In this case, if there is no connection with the sitef the transaction will be closed
with error -5.
