Control of Enabled PHARMACY Transactions

It makes it possible to enable a transaction in the following way: a transaction is enabled by a byte equal to
“1” is disabled when this byte is equal to “0”. This field currently consists of 4 (four) bytes
continuous, each one corresponding to an Epharma, VidaLink and PrevSaude transaction in the Client.
